PRESOLICITATION NOTICE.The work includes the following: Replace existing direct burial 2400 KV distribution in duct system, and Approach Lighting System Runway 25; Rewire Runway/Taxiway lighting and remove all existing abandoned cabling inside building 385, control tower, vaults ''A'' and ''B'', and runs between building 385, control tower and parking apron; Repair vault ''A'' and replace equipment; Remove existing 300 KW diesel generator set, automatic transfer switch, and all associated wiring from vault ''B'' and provide new 300 KW three-phase diesel generator, automatic transfer switch, 24 hours above ground fuel tank and associate interfacing control and power wiring; Install a new 15 KV, outdoor, pad-mounted, manual/automatic transfer switch to feed the vault ''B'' from the existing 12.47 KV feeder or the new 12.47 KV feeder; In addition provide a duplicated 12.47 KV primary feeder supply system, in duct, to vault ''B'' as a second backup source connected to the manual/automatic, 15 KV transfer switch and incidental related work. During performance of this work, asbestos, hazardous waste, or pollution abatement may be encountered. Plans and specifications will be available on or about 08 August 1995 at no charge until supply is exhausted. Contract completion time is 365 calendar days.
