This action is being considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Concerns. Interested SDB concerns should notify this office, in writing, of their intention to bid on this project as a prime contractor as early as possible, but not later than 15 calendar days after this notice. This notification must include a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. Please provide certified reports/statements which will verify this. If a joint venture is beingconsidered, please provide the ``combined'' average annual gross revenue of both companies. Please ensure your certified bonding capacity will satisfy the maximum amount indicated by the projects magnitude. For joint ventures, show bonding capacity of both companies individually. Provide specific information which demonstrates the capability to perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information concerning management experience in similar work and financial status should be submitted with references. Please list past performance data such as contract amount, contract number, project description and site, with point of contact. If adequate interest and/or information is not received from qualified SDB concerns by the above date, this solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis without further notice.
