projected date for issuance of solicitation documents is 15 Aug 1995.
The estimated date for bid opening is 14 Sep 1995. The estimated price
range is between $25,000 and $100,000. The period of contract
performance is 120 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code is 1611
and annual size standard is 17,000,000. This procurement is being
considered for 100% set-aside for Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB)
concerns. Interested SDB Concerns should notify this office in writing
of their intention to bid the project as prime contractor as early as
possible but no later than 31 Jul 1995. This notification must include
a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and
economically disadvantaged business concern, evidence of capacity to
perform projects of this complexity and magnitude. Complete information
concerning management experience in similar work and financial status
from SDB Concerns. If adequate interest is not received from SDB
concern, the solicitation will be issued on an unrestricted basis under
the provisions of P.L. 100-656 Small Business Demonstration Program
