This work will consist of concrete foundations and slabs, concrete sidewalks, structural steel, metal floor deck, brick, handrails, painting, lighting and work shown on the contract documents. UHHZ950182 - Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required to fully complete construction which includes but is not limited to site preparation and construction to repair/altar existing Building Number 798. This work will consist of demolition, sitework, concrete floor slab, concrete masonry units, new exterior and interior paritions, handrails, painting, metal doors and frames, heating and air conditioning, lighting, mechanical and electrical additons and alterations. UHHZ950251 - Provide all labor, material, plant, equipment, supplies and coordination required to fully complete construction which includes but is not limited to construction of a standing seam metal roof to existing Building Number 798. This work will consist of metal studs, metal roof deck, standing seam metal roof, mechanical and electrical additions. The cost range is - 1,000,000 - 5,000,000.
