Work will be in accordance with plans and specifications and consist of partially: remove existing steam boilers, pumps, etc and install heating and chilled water system including boilers, pumps, renovate latrine area; remove and install electrical power and lighting systems; install telephone and cable TV systems; repair existing exterior doors and windows and paint interior surfaces and install new ceilings. Proposed contract will be a firm fixed price contract. This project is subject to availability of funds. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. Sealed Bid (IFB) will be issued on or about 26 Jul 95 and bid opening on or about 25 August 95. Estimated cost of this project is between $1,000,000 and 5,000,000.
