Furnish all plant, labor, materials and equipment, and perform all work required to replace existing built-up roof with new ethyline propylene diene monomer, (EPDM) roof at Bldg 292, Fort Monmouth, NJ., with new EPDM roof IAW plans and specifications. This project contains unit price bid items to replace existing sheathing with new exterior grade plywood (CDX) to match existing, (up to 1'' thick), replace existing aluminum fascia with new to match existing, replace existing 1'' thick rigid insulation with new to match existing, replacing tapered insulation with new, when the average thickness of tapered insulation required is less than or equal to 1'' thick, replace existing 2'' thick rigid insulation with new to match existing, and replace existing 3'' thick rigid insulation with new, to match existing. Proposed procurement is unrestricted and subject the availability of funds. Site visit and liquidated damages will be specified in IFB DAAB08-95-B-0042, to be issued on/about 9 Aug 95. Estimated range is $100,000.00 - $250,000.00. Construction completion time is 120 days. There will be a charge of $11.00 per bid package, to cover government specifications and drawings.
