Work includes replacement of fire alarm panels, annunciator panels, smoke detectors, manual pull stations, alarm horns, wiring in existing conduits, connections to the existing radio transmission King-Fisher equipment and all necessary incidentals to complete the work. Completion time is 90 calendar days for each quad. The proposed contract listed here is a 100% small disadvantaged business set-aside. A firm is considered to be a small disadvantaged business if its average annual gross receipts for the past three years to not exceed $7.0 million and is at least 51% owned by one or more socially and economically disadvantaged individuals whose management and daily business operations are controlled by one or more of such individuals.
