Furnish all labor, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, supplies, and supervisionnecessaryto replace an existing split system HVAC unit with a new 12-ton roof-top unitary unit, (electric cooling and gas heating). A return air system shall be provided including 9 return air registers. Entire air distribution system shall be rebalanced. Two (2) toilet exhaust fans will be replaced. Work shall also include all necessary modifications to ductwork, piping, structural supports, electrical circuits, etc. to accomplish the installation.
