Scope of Work: This project includes the complete tear-off and replacement of the existing built-up type roofing system and insulation with new tapered insulation and a single-ply membrane on the main US Postal Service Processing and Distribution Facility in Columbus, Ohio. The work will include complete tear-off and replacement of the existing built-up roofing and insulation on the Vehicle Maintenance Facility with new tapered insulation and single-ply roofing membrane. The new single-ply roofing membrane shall be a special formulated thermoplastic 40 mil allov, bonded to a high tenacity, low shrinkage weft inserted polyester fabric with resistance to ultraviolet rays. No Preproposal Conference is Scheduled. The estimated price range is between $1,100,000.00 and $1,300,000.00 with completion required within 120 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed.
