The addition includes a prefabricated metal building, concrete foundation and floor slab, metal roof and siding and concrete masonry unit (CMU) wainscot walls to match existing construction with associated HVAC and Electrical work. Electrical repair includes rework of the electrical services and distribution system to provide for the new addition and new equipment to be installed in the facility.
