The magnitude of this solicitation is between $100,000 and $250,000. All dates are estimated. The proposed contract listed here is being considered for 100% set aside for small disadvantaged business concerns. Interested small disadvantaged business concerns should as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Officer above evidence of capability to perform and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from small disadvantaged business concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted to all business concerns without further notice. Therefore, replies to this notice are requested from all business concerns, as well as from small disadvantaged business concerns.
