The work includes removal and disposal of roofing membranes, roof insulation and rrof accessories. The asbestos work includes the removal and disposal of the existing roof material fo which has approximately 2% non-friable chrysotile asbestos in tar and binder layers. Install new roof membranes over new roof insulation and incidental related work. The requirement is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. A Firm Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 130 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
