Contractor is responsible for operation, maintenance and repairs necessary to ensurea safe, efficient and properly operating steam distribution system. The plant system includes boilers, fuel storage,water treatment equipment, associated pumps, components controls. The contract will be for a base period ofsix months from 01 October 1995 through 31 March 1996 with contract option periods extending services for atotal term not to exceed 36 months.
