The work includes installation of new irrigation system, minor turf repair and minor concrete repair, and other incidental related work. The requirement is estimated between $25,000.00 and $100,000.00. A Firm-Fixed Price contract is anticipated. Bids will be solicited for the proposed contract on an unrestricted basis as to business size. The contract duration is 90 calendar days after receipt of contract award.
