Work will include site clearing and grubbing,site grading, installation of corrugated metal pipe, rip-rap, and establishment of other erosion control methods. Establishment of vegetation will include plant bed preparation, seeding, fertilizing and mulching. The period of performance is 120 calendar days. Forth coming contract will be firm-fixed price. The estimated range for this project is $25,000 to $100,000. This acquisition is issued pursuant to the ''Business Opportunity Development Reform Act of 1988'' and subsequent award will be subject to the Small business Competitiveness Demonstration Program. Therefore, this solicitation is Unrestricted. For the purpose of determining Small Business size, SIC 1629, for this acquisition, the average annual receipts of a concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years must not exceed $13.5 million.
