The scope of work includes the alterations of Ward 3A in Base Hospital, Building 1130. Work to include the Special Care Unit, Ambulatory Care Unit and the Inpatient Pharmacy. The area to be remodeled is approximately 7,250 square feet. Include all labor, transportation and equipment for alteration in accordance with project number NUEX 94-0355. This contract will be a firm-fixed price contract. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00. Bid documents, including plans and specifications will be available on or about 24 Jul 95. The performance period is 90 calendar days. SIC 1799 applies.
