Kewley 605/673-2251, Contracting Officer Project consists of providing all equipment, materials (some Government furnished), and labor necessary to reconstruct a day-use recreation area. Work includes construction of approximately 530 LF of gravel trail; obliteration of two existing picnic use area pads; construction of four new picnic use area pads; parking area rehabilitation; dismantling and salvaging of approximately 220 LF of boardwalk; removal and replacement of approximately 60 boardwalk piers; reconstruction of approximately 210 LF of boardwalk and construction of 30 LF of new boardwalk ramp, using salvaged lumber and additional Government furnished lumber. Located at Sibley Lake, Sheridan County, WY, Bighorn National Forest. Contract time is 45 calendar days. All responsible sources will be considered by the agency. (0193)
