Work consists of clearing and grubbing, tread widening, drainage dips, waterbars, turnpikes, culverts, and relocation. Some rock blasting may be required. Issue date, August 21, 1995. The Notice to Proceed will be issued approximately October 16, 1995, with an estimated completion date of September 15, 1997. The Government price estimate range is between S25,000 and S100,000.
