30305 70 -- DYNAMIC AND KINEMATIC MODELING SOFTWARE SOL 95-179(N) DUE 081895
POC Contact Christine Dauer at (404)842-6553 The Centers for Disease
Control and Prevention seeks sources for an existing, commercial,
off-the-shelf, three-dimensional dynamic and kinematic modeling
software package. The software must have sufficient capabilities to
model arbitrary mechanical systems and anthropometrically-correct human
forms. These capabilities are necessary to continue research efforts to
reduce injuries through improvements in mechanisms, machines, and the
human-machine interface. This software must perform assembly, static,
kinematic, dynamic, and inverse dynamic analyses. The human forms must
be included as part of the total model for analysis and display. The
software must be fully functional on Silicon Graphics computers using
the IRIX operating system. This procurement is a Small Business

by writing Christine Dauer, Contract Specialist, at the address above;
or by fax to 842-6896. Verbal telephonic requests will not be honored.
