D -- ADP SUPPORT SERVICES SOL RFP 500-10-96 DUE 083195 POC Contact Point, JOSEPH TURTON, (518)462-3311x2616 The Department of Veterans Affairs Information Resources Management Field Office (IRMFO), Software Services Division is seeking qualified, responsible firms for the purpose of awarding a Firm Fixed Price Requirements Contract to provide ADP support services for the development, maintenance and support of new and existing information systems for its health care operation. Contract services will include application design, development, and maintenance; software re-enginerring; software technology updates, programming, validation, and testing; installation into a production environment; application tuning, performance measurement, and post-installation reviews. The successful offeror will be required to provide sufficient personnel, experience, knowledge, expertise, and resources to delivery timely and satisfactory end products. The contract period will be for a base year and four (4) yearly renewal options. The Government will order ADP support services by means of Delivery Orders issued for each task that is identified. The number of delivery orders and times of issuance cannot be accurately determined and will depend upon identification of the need for such services by the customer to the contracting activity. The successful offeror may be required to perform a portion of services onsite at the IRMFO's six Software Services campus locations.
