Provide shore-to-ship telephone voice calling service via standard POTS telephone sets, facsimile, and 2400 bps data communications calling service via the INMARSAT satellite system. Calls will terminate on existing INMARSAT Standard-A terminals installed on U. S. Coast Guard vessels. Calls will be made over the FTS2000 network or via 800 number by various shore-side Coast Guard units located within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and Guam. Billing will be to the call originator. This procurement is unrestricted. The anticipated period of performance is 01 Oct 1995 through 30 Sep 1996.
