J -- HVAC PREVENTIVE & REMEDIAL MAINTENANCE ON BARBER-COLEMAN NETWORK 8000 SYSTEM SOL RFQ96-2020 DUE 080195 POC Contact Karen McElheney at (804)441-6560/Contracting Officer William Privott (804)441-6560 Provide HVAC preventative maintenance and remedial services on all Barber-Coleman Network 8000 system equipment and components related to the Building Automation System (BAS), Automatic Temperature Controls (ATC), and specified mechanical equipment for the National Weather Service Office, Wilmington, OH. Preventative maintenance shall be performed in accordance with the manufacturer's recommended schedule of standardized maintenance. Remedial service shall be provided on an on-call basis with a specified response timeframe. Maintenance shall be provided by technicians and mechanics with a minimum of three years field experience in servicing automated environmental control systems. Additionally, personnel shall have a working knowledge of the Barber-Coleman Network 8000 System hardware and software as well as the building system(s) which it monitors and operates. The period of performance is October 1, 1995 through September 30, 1996 with two one-year options. All responsible sources who are capable of furnishing the required service are invited to request a copy of the solicitation when it becomes available. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7623. A firm is a small business for the purpose of this requirement if its receipts for the preceding fiscal years is less than $3.5 million.
