The U.S. Customs Service has a requirement to continue field service support for the UH-60 Blackhawk helicopter fleet with United Technologies, Sikorsky Support Services, Inc. Sikorsky Aircraft Company designed and manufactured the Blackhawk helicopter and owns the patent and data rights covering a large portion of the manufacturing processes and methods including those for repair, repair parts and technical data. The level of support required is to troubleshoot and problem-solve and provide for higher level maintenance support. Performance period is anticipated to begin around November 1995 with a base period of approximately 10 months through September 30, 1996 and four one-year option years. See numbered Note 22.
