The Executive Office of the President, Office of Administration, intends to issue a contract to Burrelles Information Service, 75 East Nothfield Road, Livingston, NJ, 07039, under the authority of 41 USC 253(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is for an annual subscription to Burrelle's NewsExpress Service and Burrelle's National Press Clipping Service which provide a compilation of complete clippings from the same day's newspapers, articles from major business publications, and television transcripts from the major business publications, and television transcripts from major TV networks. The service will provide the latest news and information on drugs and drug-related issues as they pertain to the Office of National Drug Control Policy, its Director, and its staff.
