Contractor to furnish all necessary supervision, inspection, labor, material, supplies and equipment to perform custodial services. Service to include removal of trash, cleaning of restrooms, vacuuming of carpets and damp mopping of floors, low dusting, spot cleaning, policing of grounds in immediate vicinity of buildings, and twice yearly window washing where indicated. This will be a firm fixed price contract. Period of performance is for one basic year and three option years for a total period of forty-eight months from date of contract award. A site inspection will be conducted, date to be specified in the solicitation. Competition is limited to firms participating in the Small Business Administration (SBA) 8(a) Program. Written requests only will be accepted. Funds are not presently available for this acquisition. No contract award will be made until appropriated funds are made available from which payment for contract purposes can be made. (0194)
