labor, material, equipment, transportation, mobilization and
demobilization to provide new aluminum roofing, built-up roofing,
exterior metal siding, interior modifications, including extensive
steam and electrical systems upgrade toHangar I. SIC for this work is
1541. The work will be done in two related phases, 2A and 2B. It
requires close coordination to maintain normal hangar operations. Phase
2A work is primarily in the south lean-to first deck, the central
hangar bay, thelarge hangar doors, the 80,000 sq. ft. main roof, and
includes minor interior modifications to Hangar III and Building #26
with all associated temporary moving and relocations of equipment and
furnishings. It includes removal and disposal from CoastGuard property
a 1,000 gallon underground tank, all asbestos, lead paint and
hazardous materials. There will be exterior and interior work in the
high hangar bay and requirements for temporary steam and electrical
services. Phase 2B is mostly in thenorth lean-to and also includes
removal and disposal of all asbestos and hazardous materials. --
Estimated price range is $5,000,000 - $10,000,000. -- Duration of
contract period for both Phases 2A and 2B is approximately 18 months.

to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is
