The work includes, but is not limited to demolishing and replacing the pier and renovating the existing light structure at Sand Key Light, approximately 7 miles offshore from Key West, Florida. The coating removal firm shall be SSPC- QP2 certified. All work shall be accomplished in accordance with Specification No. 07-X3836 and Drawing No. 07-X3836 (sheets 1- 23). All work shall be completed within 270 calendar days after Notice to Proceed.
