The estimated cost range of this project is $100,001 to $250,000. The location of this project is the Hoover Dam Warehouse Complex, approximately 7 miles northeast of Boulder City, Nevada, and 32 miles from Las Vegas, Nevada, in Clark County, Nevada. For this acquisition the standard industrial classification code is 1541 and the small business size standard is $17 million.
