The proposed contract is for Project MDY 92-0046, Repair HVAC, Base theater, at Moody AFB, GA, which consists of, but is not limited to furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, materials, transportation, supervisions, etc., to perform replacement of entire HVAC system, providing new natural gas service; removal of UST and demolition of masonry chimney stack. All work shall be perfored in strict compliance with specifications and drawings. This will be a firm-fixed price contract with 150 calendar days perforance time. Magnitude of proposed construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. The proposed project listed here is being considered for 100 percent set-aside for Small Disadvantage Business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should, as early as possible but not later than 15 days of this notice, indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the Contracting Squadron Office above evidence of capability to perform which includes recent bonding capability and a positive statement of eligibility as a small socially and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received within the period specified above from SDB concerns, meeting the established criteria, the solicitation will be issued unrestricted without further notice.
