The work includes removing the existing sludge collector mechanical system and installing a new sludge collector mechanical system; removing the existing ``V'' notch weirs and installing new stainless steel ``V'' notch weirs in the primary clarifier; removing the existing primary sludge pumps including portions of the existing piping, valves, fittings, modifying one of the existing pumps from horizontal to vertical drive and relocating both pumps, piping, valves, etc. Remove the existing recirculation pumps including valves, fittings, piping from the secondary clarifier and installing two new self priming pumps, including valves, fittings and piping; install new brass squeezes on the secondary clarifier, sludge collector system. Remove the existing trickling filter distributor; install new bearings and seals in the distributor motor, modify the overflow arms to increase the flow thru the distributor; provide new support cables, brackets, etc. and reinstall on existing foundation; install new ventilating fans; provide a new masonry equipment storage building; provide a new concrete access road including sidewalks and related site grading; and incidental related work. Contract completion is 150 days. Contract price is between $100,000 - $250,000.
