Description of Work: Construct helicopter washrack for an aviation battalion to service MH-60 and MH-47 aircraft. Washrack will be an 8-inch thick concrete pad, 70 feet by 110 feet. Project includes a 30-foot b6 25-foot CMU equipment building that houses pressure washers and a unit heater. Contract includes construction of a valve that will allow diversion of storm water runoff to preclude its entrance into the sanitary sewer system. Tie-ins to existing underground utilities are included. Network Analysis System will not be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $250,000 to $500,000.
