The contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, tools, supervision and equipment and perform all operations necessary to accomplish all work complete in place. The work to be performed includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the demolition and removal of all units to include furnaces, furnace controls, vent piping, condensing units and coils and replacing these with all new items of equipment. There is a non-refundable charge of $24.00 for each solicitation package. Cashier checks or money orders should be made payable to Accounting and Finance. Only written request will be accepted. The request and check or money order must bear the solicitation number. This is an unrestricted acquisition. Estimated magnitude of this project is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. (0194)
