Abatement of vinyl asbestos flooring tiles, asbestos thermal system insulation and miscellaneous abestos materials.Install new floor and carpeting. Repair and repaint existing walls. Remove existing ceiling and lighting fixtures, and install new dropped ceiling and lighting fixtures. Remove existing build-up roofing membrane and install new modified bitumen roofing system. Remove existing HVAC systems and replace AC unit and install cooling towers with piping, ductwork, and controls. Project also includes removal of existing lighting fixtures, poles, bases, electrical distribution lines, and adandoned fencing; installation of new poles with flood lights and concrete bases, new power distribution system for floodlights and surveillance cameras and conduit for fiber otic cables. This procurement will be conducted under SIC code: 1542. The size standard for this SIC code is: $ 17.0 NOTE: Standard bid opening time is NOW 1:00 (1300 hrs).
