Work to be performed includes, but is not limited to; provide all plant, labor, tools, equipment, appliances, and materials and perform all work necessary for the completion of work as shown on the drawings and described in the specifications, in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings forming parts thereof, subject to the terms and conditions of the associated contract. The work site is located in two areas and involves in part; the demolition, removal and disposal of two 150,000 gallon above ground storage tanks, secondary containment systems and all associated above ground and below ground piping, install government supplied above ground 2,840 gallon vertical tube coalescing oil/water separator with appurtenances adjacent to the CHP parking area, install government supplied underground 5,000 gallon corrugated parallel plate oil/water separator with appurtenances adjacent to Bldg 1750 parking area, install one government supplied manhole and three government supplied pump stations in the POL area for stormwatrer collection system with completion of required piping. Additional work includes but not limited to; install steel stairways, provide fuel resistant coatings, install pre-cast concrete catch basins, install two sump pumps, apply painting, provide erosion and sediment control measures, add final grading and seeding. Performance period is 360 calendar days with an exclusionary period from 15 Dec though 15 Mar. A solicitation will be issued on or about 28 Jul 1995. The proposed procurement listed herein is restricted to Small disadvantage Businesses. Standard Industrial Classification code for this procurement is 1542. Any concern responding to this solicitation is classified as a small business if the average annual receipts of the concern and its affiliates for the preceding three fiscal years does not eceed $17.0 million dollars.
