Proposed project is to repair and replace roofs base wide on a requirements basis. Types of roofing repairs or new roofing which may be encountered include: Gravel surfaced asphalt built-up roofing system, smooth surfaced asphalt built-up roofing system, gravel surfaced coal tar pitch built-up roofing system, smooth surfaced modified bitumen roofing system, ballasted ethylene propylene diene monomer, asphalt shingles, wood shakes, mineral surfaced cap sheet, concrete/clay tile, metal roofing and elastomeric coatings. This proposed requirements (IDIQ) solicitation provides for a minimum of $200,000 in work over the term of the contract, including two one-year options if exercised, with a yearly potential of $3 million.
