Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, material and equipment to perform all work in connection with the installation of plastic curtains, emergency lights, and exterior canopy, repair of broken tiles and floor drainage, patch ceilings and walls, increase entrance size to room No. 2, lead base paint removal and disposal at all exterior tan painted walls and red painted metal doors, paint the interior and exterior of the buildings. The Contractor shall provide (12) refrigerator trailers 40 ft long, to support the existing TISA operation for the total period of construction. The Contractor shall coordinate with the Contracting Officer an inspection and approval of said trailers, before he leases or buys them. The Contractor shall be responsible to provide maintenance to said trailers to they are in working condition 24 hours per day, seven days a week for the duration of construction. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Contract completion time is 150 calendar days after receipt of the Notice To Proceed. This project is subject to the availability of funds. The proposed acquisition is 100% Set-Aside for Small disadvantaged Business Concerns.
