No borrow or disposal areas are available on the Military Ocean Terminal, Sunny Point, NC, installation property. The Contractor shall furnish all borrow and disposal areas off of the project site. The contractor must insure that all permits and environmental clearances are in place for the borrow and disposal areas. The estimated cost of the project is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. All work shall be completed 420 calendar days after receipt of Notice to Proceed. Advertising date is scheduled for 4 August 1995 with bid opening on 7 September 1995. Plans and Specs are $42.00 per set and will be available O/A 4 August 1995. Make checks or money orders payable to ''FAO'' USAED, WILMINGTON.''
