This solicitation invites proposals to provide all labor, materials, and equipment to remove portions of existing roof components including, but not limited to, all day tile and associated underlayment, membrane roofing, and metal flashings; replace deteriorated existing structured steel roof supports and metal deck; install new metal roofing assembly including purlins, metal roof panels, metal flashings, and associated fasteners and sealants; install new insulation, roofing membrane and metal flashings. Contractors must be a member of Sheet Metal and Air Conditioning Contractors National Association (SMACNA) and have experience in similar roofing replacement projects. Cost range: $175,000 to $200,000. Construction time: 60 days. A preproposal conference has been scheduled for August 1, 1995, 1:00 PM, at the facility located at 1340 NW Avenue L, Belle Glade, FL.
