Description of Work: The project includes upgrading the Touch Down areas of the North-South Runway (Inside Runway) to meet Air Force Medium Load Pavement criteria; constructing a new taxiway from apron ''A'' (Taxiway ''B'') to the Instrument Runway; constructing a Taxiway from Apron ''A'' to the North-South Runway; adding a 50-foot extension to Apron ''A'', reconstructing taxiways ''A'' and ''E'' and adding Arm/Disarm Pad to Taxiways ''A'' and ''E''. Network Analysis System will be required. Estimated cost range of project is from $5,000,000 to $10,000,000. Cost of solicitation documents is $30. Make check payable to F&A Officer.
