Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision to repair three (3) barracks buildings. Work includes replacing all existing doors, painting existing door frames, re-tiling all bathroom walls and floors, replacing all bathroom fixtures to include shower rooms, and the replacement of light fixtures, ceilings, toilets and shower partitions. Total estimated cost is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Projected issue date is 19 Jul 95 with projected opening date of 21 Aug 95. Performance period for each building: 90 days. Solicitation may include options. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is being set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer above evidence of capability and of economically disadvantaged concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
