Sandberg at (404)842-6553 Correction: This action originally publicized in the CBD dated June 23, 1995 is amended to add the following: (Task 3): Switchgear Upgrade: This work is for the electrical upgrade of the existing H Building electrical service, from the service entrance switchboards to the distribution panels on each floor. Major work activities in the H Building for this task include, but are not limited to, the following: (1) The two existing 480Y/277 volt service entrance switchboards shall be replaced with two low voltage metal-enclosed 1600 ampere, 480/277V switchboards. (1a) The replacement switchboards shall include at least as many feeder breakers as the existing switchboard, with provisions for spares and space for the future expansion. (2) The existing busway connection between the outdoor secondary main Westinghouse circuit breaker and the existing indoor main switchboard shall be replaced by new conduit runs. (3) The existing distributions fused switchboards located in main electrical room shall be replaced by solid state control molded case circuit breaker panelboards for equipment upgrade in the future.
