Furnish all plant, labor, material, equipment and supervision to completely replace existing ''built-up'' tar and gravel roofs with EDPM roofing. Work includes new insulation board, new flashing and walkways. Existing rain gutters will also need to be cleaned and repaired. Total estimated cost is between $100,000 and $250,000. Projected issue date is 19 Jul 95 with projected opening date of 21 Aug 95. Performance period for each building: 60 days. Solicitation may include options. Award is subject to the availability of funds. This procurement is being set-aside for small disadvantaged business (SDB) concerns. Interested SDB concerns should indicate interest in the acquisition by providing to the contracting officer above evidence of capability and economically disadvantaged business concern. If adequate interest is not received from SDB concerns, the solicitation will be issued as unrestricted without further notice.
