Work includes the replacement of constant-speed distribution pump controls with variable speed controls, the conversion of constant-volume three-way valving to two-way valving and the conversion of chiller headers to a decoulped loop. Estimated cost is between $500,000 and $1,000,000. Projected issue date is 19 Jul 95 with projected opening date of 21 Aug 95. Performance period for each plant: 180 days.
