This IFB is for providing all labor, material, equipment, and supervision to expand the loading dock area at building 506, Ft. Snelling, MN. Work will include: removing concrete, installing concrete dock, walkway, and curbing; installing a concrete drainage vault and pvc drain pipe, staking and final grading; installing asphalt pavement, painting of the parking lot and landscaping the disturbed area. The parking lot expansion area is approximately 1,100 square feet. The mgnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Request for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $8.00 per package.
