Project consists of placing RC-800R and a modified grading ``C'' aggregate on five (5) miles of streets on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation, Shannon County, South Dakota. Some of the streets will require asphalt patching prior to placing the RC-800R and the modified grading ``C'' aggregate. The estimated price range is between $100,000.00 to $250,000.00. Bidding material will be available after August 1, 1995 at a cost of $25.00 per set, non-refundable. Only a cashier's check or a money order is acceptable. This is being advertised under the Open Market Authority and is subject to the availability of funding. Failure to complete the subcontracting information in the bid package shall be sufficient reason for non-award of contract. (194)
