Drecktrah (Site Code W81U9B) This IFB is for providing all labor, material, and equipment, to upgrade kitchens in Army Reserve Centers located in Muskegon, Jackson and Fraser, Michigan. The three upgrades are relatively extensive including: construction of new exterior concrete walls, concrete floors and built up roofs; renovation of the existing adjoining kitchen; installation of upgraded electrical service and installation of new, as well as, existing kitchen equipment. This IFB is subject to multiple awards. The project magnitude is between $250,000 and $500,000. A 20% bid bond is required. Requests for this IFB must be in writing accompanied by a non-refundable certified check, cashiers check or money order payable to the U.S. Treasury in the amount of $17.00 per IFB package.
