47 -- TUBE FITTINGS, SWAGELOK SOL DAAD05-95-T-5076 DUE 072195 POC Contract Specialist Pat Cuff (410) 278-4705 (Site Code DAAD05) The U.S. Army Aberdeen Proving Ground has a requirement to purchase 1,829 each, tube fittings, Swagelok. The required items will be used in conjunction with currently owned Swagelok fittings in the transportation and handling of chemical warfare agents (i.e. nerve gas). The fittings must be leak free in order to eliminate the possiblity of chemical contamination of equipment and injury to Government personnel. As a result, competition will limited to sources that offer only ''Swagelog'' fittings. The Government will not except interchangeable or intermixable fittings. (0195)
