Correction to Procurement synopsis published June 20, 1995. This synopsis is hereby issued under FSC 61, not 36. Contractor(s) shall provide: 1. CURRENT TRANSFORMERS consisting of the following quantities and ratings: three each 138kV, 600/1200:5A, and three each 138kV, 200/400:5A; 2. VOLTAGE TRANSFORMERS consisting of the following quantities and ratings: three each 138kV, 700/1200:1; three each 161kV, 800/1400:1; and five each 69kV, 600:1; 3. COUPLING CAPACITORS consisting of the following quantities and ratings: four each 138kV, 700/1200:1; and six each 161kV, 800/1400:1; 4. SHUNT REACTORS consisting of the following quantities and ratings: three each 13.8kV, single phase (air-core type), 6 MVAR; and three each 13.8kV, single phase, 6.6 MVAR; 5. Three each SURGE ARRESTERS, 138kV. Delivery shall be to various substations throughout the Western and Midwestern United States including South Dakota, Iowa, Utah and Colorado. Multiple Awards are anticipated. The IFB will be issued on or about July 11, 1995 on an unrestricted basis. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the Agency. The solicitation will be issued on double-sided, high-density DOS-formatted 3.5-inch floppy diskettes created using WordPerfect 5.1 and formatted for printing on a postscript printer.
