The North Carolina Army National Guard has a requirement at various locations to purchase and exchange the following battery groups: 2HN, 4HN, 6TL, 6TN, 6HTN, 8D, 22NF, 31-4, 31-4T, 31-925A, and 31-PPHD. The contractor is required to comply with all Federal and State EPA and Safety requirements, labor laws and regulations. Contractor will be responsible for the control and disposal of all hazardous waste generated during the performance of this contract.
