Specific project focal points include survey instruments used in industrial modernization program evaluations; deliverables produced by industrial modernization program evaluations; analyses of activity and customer information in smaller programs; approaches and findings of review panels in program assessment and evaluation; cost benefit analysis; using external survey house and consultants for customer follow-up; comparison group data for use in evaluation; and the use of case studies as a learning tool used in the evalution of moderization activities.
